Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how we work with organisations, how professionals can get involved, and what we do and don't offer.
For organisations
Always. A session for senior leaders looks very different from one for new joiners, and a programme for students is different again. We shape the content, examples and format around who is in the room.
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) audit is a structured review of the support you already offer your people. We look at access, uptake, quality of care and fit with your workforce, compare it with psychiatric best practice, and give you clear recommendations.
With a short discovery call. We'll learn about your people, your goals and any constraints, then send you a tailored proposal.
For professionals
Fill in our membership form, linked from every Join the network button on this site. Someone from our team will be in touch about mentorship, learning and the events closest to you.
Psychiatrists, psychiatry residents, psychologists and other mental health professionals are welcome to apply through our membership form.
Yes. We run city psychiatry club meetups and national symposiums, and share learning opportunities across the network throughout the year.
General
Every programme is designed and delivered by practising psychiatrists, not life coaches or generalist trainers. The content is clinically sound, the language is responsible, and the people in the room can trust what they hear.
Yes. Our network spans 90+ cities, so we can deliver on-site across the country. Every programme can also run online, or as a mix of both.
No. We focus on education, training and programmes. For personal care, please consult a qualified mental health professional. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24×7).
