Dr. Sachin Arora

Dr. Sachin Arora has been a consultant psychiatrist in Dwarka, New Delhi, since 2015, and is a co-founder of Cortex Advisory. As National Faculty at DAMS (Delhi Academy of Medical Sciences) since 2014, Dr. Arora has taught more than 1.3 lakh MBBS graduates, including foreign medical graduates, and once taught 3,500 doctors together at Talkatora Stadium. An online course has trained 2,000+ psychiatry postgraduates in India and abroad, and five books cover everything from undergraduate theory to child psychiatry. Dr. Arora is also Lead Psychiatrist at LISSUN Sunshine, with 24 child development centres across India.

Dr. Rashi Agarwal is Assistant Professor at LLRM Medical College, Meerut, and was named Young MH Influencer at IPS 2023. In December 2025, Dr. Agarwal organised ManUtsav, Meerut's first mental health festival, which brought together more than 300 attendees. Dr. Agarwal also hosts the Voices of Meerut podcast and has been featured in the Times of India and Hindustan Times. The work has been recognised with the IMA Ratan, the Narayani Award and the YPCON Future Researcher Award.

Dr. Anusha Garg was named Mental Health Influencer of the Year at YPCON 2024. Dr. Garg has been a guest lecturer at IIT Delhi and Lady Shri Ram College, and has led more than 30 professional training workshops reaching over 5,000 students under NMHP/DMHP. A recipient of the International Travel Grant 2025, Dr. Garg is also the author of two anthologies and a poetry book. Online, Dr. Garg's work has generated more than 1.5M in digital engagement.
